Role Description

This position performs Data Warehouse Architecture at an intermediate level. Essential responsibilities are focused on design and development of data models and ETL specifications, data analysis, system design and architecture, standards and policy administration, and vendor coordination and relations.

Estimated Hiring Range: $113,940.00 - $139,260.00

Bonus Target: Bonus - SIP Target, 5% Annual

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' of data design/data architecture experience and/or minimum 2 years’ of data warehouse architecture experience.
• Experience should include some or all of the following:
  • Dimensional modeling experience
  • Data quality assessment
  • Proficiency with SQL
  • Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Source Target mapping
  • Data Analysis
• Preferred experience in health care or managed care, metadata management, performance tuning and optimization, cloud warehousing solutions, health insurance, systems analysis and design.
• Experience gathering requirements from and collaborating with both technical and non-technical business groups.
• Experience being the liaison between the business and developers.
• Experience gathering requirements and then translating that information into a specification document.

Requirements

• Working knowledge/skills of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of cloud data warehousing tools such as Snowflake or Redshift.
• Working knowledge/skills of ETL tools, such as SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
• Advanced troubleshooting of system performance issues and root cause.
• Working knowledge/skills of unit and integration testing.

• Ability to hear and speak clearly for at least 3-6 hours/day.
