[Hiring] Insights Manager @Escalent

Role Description

You will lead the development of insights and storytelling and own the data analysis and reporting phases of our work. You would be accountable for:

• Presenting insights that address the client or industry’s needs.
• Proper application of analytical techniques & tools.
• Creating client-ready materials on time.
• Sound process & integrity of insights.

We also have a development path that encourages continual growth. The progression steps include Associate, Insights Analyst, Senior Insights Analyst, Insights Manager, Senior Insights Manager, and Director of Insights. There is a parallel path of roles called Project Management that focuses on project logistics, timing and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in business, market analysis, or market research.
• Proficiency in at least 1 data analysis package (e.g., SPSS, Qualtrics).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organizational skills, time management and attention to detail abilities.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in business, market analysis, or market research, preferably in the Financial Services and/or Technology verticals.
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic statistics, research procedures, and survey methodologies.
• High proficiency in SPSS data analysis package.
• Prior experience with data mapping, troubleshooting data that doesn’t make sense, weighting data, etc.
• Prior experience interfacing with project team members and client contacts directly.
• Exceptional ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
