Role Description

Insights Directors at Escalent lead the development of insights and storytelling and own the data analysis and reporting phases of our work. This role is a senior-level project role that helps the Sector leader fulfill the objectives for projects while maintaining strong client relationships. Insights Directors contribute to client retention and growth through consistent responsiveness and delivery of high-quality insights.

• Collaborates with clients to design research to best address business questions.
• Presents actionable insights to clients and their stakeholders.
• Proper application of analytical techniques & tools.
• Creating client-ready materials on time.
• Sound process & integrity of insights.

The Salary Range for this position is $95,000 - $145,000. This position is primarily remote; however, due to the location of clients being primarily on the West Coast, candidates in the PT zone or MT zone will be given priority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of insights and storytelling and own the data analysis and reporting phases of our work.
• Work closely with team members in other Insights roles, Project Management positions, and Sales & Strategic Growth roles.
• Leverage a variety of methods and tools and collaborate with experts across Escalent.
• Offer consultative guidance to clients and colleagues as you gain understanding of project nuances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Masters in market research is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience; prior experience in CX, telecom, or online consumer platforms preferred.
• Considered “Highly skilled” in analytics functional skillset.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• Breadth of research methodology expertise & experience including survey/instrument design.
• Able to distill findings into meaningful insights.
• Formation of story architecture.
• Highly skilled in all aspects of Reporting (deliverables).
• Prescriptive / Consultative Writing skills – reports and client communications.
• Data visualization / PPT / Excel.
• Autonomous report design / analysis plan.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to effectively lead project insights team.
• Ability to contribute to research design and/or proposal writing.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently.
• High degree of professionalism & situational awareness (particularly related to client interactions).
• Highly collaborative, capable of getting others across the organization to collaborate.
