Role Description

The Information Processing Clerk at Motorcycles of Manchester, Inc plays an essential role in our organization's success. As a part of this role, you will be tasked with efficiently tracking and organizing a wide variety of data related to our operations, finance, and customer relations. You’ll be using sophisticated data management systems and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of important information used by multiple teams. The ideal candidate for this role is highly meticulous, organized, and skilled at managing multiple tasks concurrently.

• Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our digital systems.
• Verifying the accuracy of sourced data before entering into the system.
• Extracting data to create reports that are useful for different department heads and provide valuable insights into operations, sales, and other key areas of our business.
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of business and customer information.
• Assisting with other clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and managing emails.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Any higher degree, especially in fields related to Information Systems, will be considered as a bonus.
• At least 1 year of data entry or clerical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel, and proficiency with other database software.
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to successfully interact with teams and deliver concise reports.
