Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Architect with strong expertise in Informatica IDMC, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, and enterprise data architecture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading MDM/PIM initiatives, designing technical and business architectures, and working with senior client stakeholders.

• Design and validate complex MDM architectures and ensure successful implementation.
• Lead MDM, PIM, and Data Governance projects through the complete project lifecycle.
• Conduct requirements gathering, blueprinting, solution design, development, testing, and go-live activities.
• Lead blended onshore/offshore teams ranging from 5 to 25 members.
• Architect MDM/PIM solutions and provide business, governance, and technical recommendations.
• Recommend data governance processes, organizational models, and MDM technology platforms.
• Advise clients on best practices for Master Data Management, PIM, PLM, and Data Governance.
• Evaluate technology scenarios based on business requirements and technical feasibility.
• Influence technology direction at divisional and enterprise levels.
• Conduct client whiteboard sessions for conceptualization, design, and implementation.
• Transfer knowledge and best practices to clients and project teams.
• Work closely with C-level, VP-level, and Director-level stakeholders.
• Develop proposals, presentations, statements of work, and solution documentation.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and delivery oversight.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience with Informatica IDMC MDM.
• 7–12 years of experience in MDM, Data Governance, Business Intelligence, and/or Data Warehousing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with an MDM platform, such as Informatica/Siperian, Reltio, or IBM MDM.
• Strong experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance.
• Experience designing enterprise MDM/PIM architectures.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering experience.
• Experience managing onsite/offshore delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of governance considerations and MDM best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder-management skills.
• Program and project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• TOGAF 9 certification preferred.
• IAF certification preferred.
• Experience in client-facing consulting and delivery leadership.
• Experience with MDM/PIM/PLM and business intelligence solutions.
• Strong technology awareness, innovation, and capability-growth mindset.
