Role Description

Baptist Health is looking for a Healthcare Business Intelligence Analyst III- Service Line to join their Performance Advisory Office! This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY, IN, or an approved remote location that must be verified.

The primary focus for this position will be to support hospital-based business or service lines as assigned through business intelligence/analytics. The Healthcare Business Analyst III plays a key role in driving operational excellence, leveraging data and insights, and advancing strategic initiatives within our healthcare organization. This is not a Developer role, but benefits from experience developing BI visualizations and working with databases.

Leveraging their knowledge in the following areas, the Analyst will:

• Gather end-user requirements
• Analyze data insights
• Support the development of clear and insightful data visualizations (reports and/or dashboards)
• Guide stakeholders through actionable insights
• Facilitate streamlined improvement initiatives
• Inform strategic decision-making processes

Ultimately, their contributions will result in significant enhancements to patient care delivery and overall organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Healthcare Domain Knowledge
• Project and Change Management preferred
• Experience developing technical requirements for data visualizations
• Data analysis (statistics, advanced Excel)
• Collaborate with business intelligence developers
• Validate data
• Generating reports and visualizations on routine schedules and/or as requested

Requirements

• Experience with Business Intelligence applications (Qlik, Strata, Tableau, PowerBI, data warehouses)
• Background in data analysis techniques, statistics highly preferred (graphical techniques, awareness of statistical analysis methods)
