Role Description

We're seeking a Head of Data Analytics to lead product analytics for a rapidly growing consumer mobile application. This is a highly strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who can transform data into actionable business insights while partnering closely with executive leadership.

You'll lead a small analytics team as a player-coach, driving product decisions through deep analytical expertise, storytelling, and business strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on analysis with leadership and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product or Consumer Data Analytics.
• 2+ years working with B2C mobile applications.
• 2–5 years of direct people management experience.
• Experience leading analytics within a fast-paced, venture-backed startup or rapidly growing technology company.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence executive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Benefits
