[Hiring] Energy Analyst @CLEAResult

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Energy Analyst to support internal operations, analytics, and documentation efforts. This role will focus on improving team performance through data tracking, process standardization, and cross-functional support, while also contributing to light project and program work.

• Support KPI tracking and reporting by developing and maintaining dashboards in Power BI or similar tools.
• Perform data analysis using Excel and other reporting platforms to monitor team performance and peer review processes.
• Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining process documentation and manuals, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Help coordinate and schedule training sessions, and contribute to the development of training materials.
• Provide general support across projects, including quality assurance, documentation, and low-complexity project work (e.g., tune-ups, lighting reviews).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with operational standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and supporting enhancement efforts.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency or interest in learning Power BI and Smartsheet (not required to be a subject matter expert).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data organization.
• A demonstrated interest in process improvement, documentation, and analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
