[Hiring] Director, Advanced Analytics @ConnectiveRx

Role Description

The Director, Advanced Analytics leads the development and execution of the organization’s data-driven strategy, ensuring that advanced analytics and business consulting initiatives deliver measurable value to both internal stakeholders and external clients. They act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address key business challenges using Marketing Analytics domain expertise.

This role combines strategic leadership with technical oversight, guiding cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, develop meaningful value narratives around impact and ROI of client marketing programs, and implement solutions that address complex business challenges.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead development of data innovation strategy and spearhead companywide data initiatives.
• Work with internal teams and third-party analysis vendors to evolve measurement, reporting, and sharing of insights.
• Assess analytical needs, including strategic fit, market attractiveness, financial value, and risk profile.
• Provide hands-on solutions in early project stages, driving initiatives forward.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and automation projects.
• Propose and implement technology solutions to improve data collection and utilization for competitive advantage.
• Develop and implement client reporting and measurement solutions and deliverables.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to execute and deliver ad hoc analyses.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to ensure team performance.
• Engage across various areas to identify where analytics can drive business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Data Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related applied quantitative field. Advanced degree desired.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in providing leadership and managing an analytics team.
• At least 7+ years in marketing analytics in health care (Life Science) industry or analytics.
• Consulting and professional services management experience (agency experience a plus).
• Life Science experience preferred.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of data structures, business intelligence, advanced data science, and statistical modeling methodologies.
• Experience with SQL, business intelligence tools, and statistical programming (e.g., Python).
• Proficiency with BI and statistical programming tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
