[Hiring] DataOps Internship @Launchmetrics

Role Description

As a DataOps intern for the APAC region, you will contribute to the expansion, improvement, and maintenance of our brands’ detection queries database to ensure optimal coverage for our customers.

You will work hand in hand with our team based in Shanghai, HK, and Europe, focusing on sources from APAC countries. You will also provide support for customer-raised requests related to these markets.

• Familiar with the ecosystem of major Chinese social platforms, including Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Bilibili, and WeChat, with an understanding of their content formats and creator ecosystems.
• Basic knowledge of the Fashion-Luxury-Beauty (FLB) industry and major international brands, with the ability to identify brand-related social content.
• Meticulous and rigorous in work, sensitive to data quality. Capable of completing repetitive data tasks following defined standards, such as social-profile validation, information cross-checking, and tag organization.
• Basic English reading and writing skills to recognize international brand names and navigate English-language internal tool interfaces.
• High self-discipline and self-management skills while remote working.

Qualifications

• Good information retrieval skills and the ability to make comprehensive judgments based on information.
• Can work under pressure when the ticket is urgent and respect deadlines.
• Good communication and logical thinking skills, self-discipline.
• Detail-oriented and highly responsible.
• Native Chinese Speaker and Reader.
• Can work at least 3 days a week, 8 hours per day.

Company Description

The Data Ops team maintains and updates the company's data assets to ensure the best possible and most up-to-date data on our products across all channels: print, online, and social. In collaboration with the Product team and post-sales team, we work on the roadmap to support the company data strategy and answer our customers' coverage needs.
