[Hiring] Databricks Genie & Power BI Copilot Technical Lead @CAI

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Databricks Genie & Power BI Copilot Technical Lead ready to take us to the next level! This position will be full-time and remote.

• Configure and manage Genie spaces end to end, including semantic models and text to SQL workflows
• Design and optimize Power BI semantic models to enable Copilot and AI-driven insights
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models, SQL logic, and analytics solutions
• Build and support Power BI dashboards (DAX, data prep, visualizations) ready for AI integration
• Partner with business and domain teams to drive adoption and solution quality

Qualifications

• Experience - 6+ Years
• Advanced SQL and strong semantic modeling / data design experience
• Hands-on Power BI development (DAX, datasets, dashboards)
• Ability to bridge business questions to technical implementation
• Domain experience (e.g., Sales, Supply Chain) a plus but not a must-have

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
