Role Description

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Data Specialist to join our product data team. In this role you will:

Accurately input, verify and maintain crop input data from multiple sources
Analyze crop input documents to identify patterns, trends, variations, and ensure data quality
Implement QA/QC protocols to validate data accuracy, consistency and completeness
Work closely with the product data and technical team to maintain high standards of data quality and integrity within the database, including data obtained using AI models
Collaborate with the Head of Product Data to establish and document procedures for data collection, entry, process improvement, and quality assurance
Regularly audit data to identify potential errors and suggest corrective actions
Share in building a community that promotes curiosity and innovation

Qualifications

5+ years of education or experience in an agriculture related field
Understanding of crop inputs, with emphasis on pesticide labels and basic knowledge of federal and state regulations
Proficiency in data collection, conversion, integrity, quality control and communication
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while ensuring data accuracy and consistency
In-field or regulatory environment experience is a plus, though not required

Requirements

U.S. work authorization is a condition to employment; no visa sponsorship available.
