Role Description

As a Data and Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing, analyzing, and ensuring the quality of client-facing data deliverables. You will be responsible for:

• Collecting, cleaning, transforming, and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Maintaining data pipelines and workflows.
• Conducting data quality assurance, error analysis, and reporting to provide clients with accurate and meaningful insights.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about solving problems with data while balancing operational execution and client support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / College Degree in any field you’re passionate about!
• 3+ years’ experience in a data operations, data quality, or data support role (preferably in SaaS or client-facing environments).
• Exposure to data integration projects or managing workflows across systems.
• Strong proficiency of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Critical thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and Jira is a plus.
