Role Description
We are looking for a data-driven and analytical Data Scientist to help solve complex business challenges and enhance decision-making through machine learning and statistical analysis. In this role, you will work with large datasets to identify trends, develop predictive models, and propose strategies that drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, marketing, and business stakeholders—to uncover opportunities where data science can create a meaningful impact.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, design machine learning models, and develop insightful visualizations to effectively communicate findings to key decision-makers.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging data science trends and technologies, continuously improving your skill set while working on innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a data scientist or similar role
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with SQL for data manipulation
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma Computing, or similar to communicate insights effectively
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and experience applying them to real-world problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Requirements
- Experience working in a SaaS environment (bonus points)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) (bonus points)
- Hands-on experience with data transformation tools such as DBT (bonus points)
