[Hiring] Data Reports & Insights Analyst @Cloudbeds

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Data Reports & Insights Analyst to join our Customer Success team. This role bridges the gap between data services and business intelligence. As a Reports & Insights Analyst, you'll help Cloudbeds customers turn raw operational and financial data into decisions they can act on.

• Build, analyze, and optimize reports across our PMS reporting suite.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies before they become customer frustrations.
• Coach hoteliers on how to read metrics like ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance with confidence.
• Shape how hospitality businesses understand their own performance and grow their revenue through refined reports and responsive communication.

Qualifications

• Experience inside hotels and property management systems.
• Comfortable with advanced Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas).
• Experience with BI or reporting tools involving dashboards, filters, and custom reports.
• Clear communication skills in written and verbal English.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Enjoy solving problems when reports don't add up.

Requirements

• Direct experience working with Hotel Property Management Systems, channel managers, and similar systems.
• A proven track record in onboarding, implementation, or Tier 2/3 technical support.
• Power-user skills in Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data cleaning).
• Strong understanding of basic data management principles, data mapping, parsing, and root-cause error analysis.
• Exceptional precision when handling sensitive historical, financial, and guest records.
• Highly tech-savvy with cloud-based workflows and equipped with a reliable, high-speed internet connection for video coaching sessions.

Bonus Skills to Stand Out (Optional)

• Professional proficiency (verbal and written) in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Prior experience working with business intelligence dashboards or advanced financial reporting structures.
