Role Description

The role will be responsible for managing complex data processes, ensuring data quality, coordinating services across teams, and monitoring performance against KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bulk data mapping, enrichment, and cleansing activities.
• Conduct data quality checks and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with IT, data governance, and data management teams.
• Track and report on KPIs and service performance.
• Ensure project and client compliance and support invoicing processes.

Qualifications

• 5 yrs of experience in data analysis or data operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences is required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and fluent English.
