[Hiring] Data Investigation Analyst @Emapta

Role Description

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data quality assurance, process documentation, or technical writing, including internship or full-time experience
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and confidence in documenting workflows
• Possess experience in data analytics
• Apply basic knowledge of SQL, Python, and data pipelines
• Demonstrate strong English writing and editing skills
• Navigate Confluence, Google Docs, Slack, or similar tools effectively
• Maintain a curious and investigative mindset

• Hold a diploma in technical communication, information science, library science, or a related field (Nice to Have)
• Possess experience with network performance and Quality of Experience (QoE) measurements across mobile and fixed networks (Nice to Have)
• Bring a background in business process outsourcing (BPO) or knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) (Nice to Have)
• Demonstrate customer-facing experience (Nice to Have)

Requirements

• Process incoming questions from Customer Support, Technical Account Managers (TAMs), or NDAs through Zendesk
• Collect answers to questions previously posted in Slack and publish them in the appropriate knowledge base
• Document methodologies, data models, and processing pipelines in OpenMetadata whenever possible
• Maintain relevant documentation in a dedicated Confluence space when applicable
• Leverage large language model (LLM) tools to address frequently asked questions
• Document all investigative steps and final resolutions in Zendesk
• Respond to Zendesk tickets when observed data values reflect normal system behavior
• Troubleshoot data issues, identify the affected systems, and create Jira tickets for the appropriate teams
• Investigate poorly performing queries to determine their root causes
