Role Description

As a Data Integrity Specialist, you will ensure the privacy of the patient by safeguarding and protecting protected health information in the performance of your duties. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the integrity of the master patient index.
• Synchronizing data across multiple applications throughout the organization.
• Performing critical thinking and detailed research, investigation, and analysis for error correction functions within Electronic Health Records (EHR) based on Help Desk tickets received.
• Accurately correcting, voiding, and deleting documentation to rectify errors.
• Timely scanning documentation into the EHR.
• Providing coverage for releasing medical records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of previous medical office experience required.
• Experience working in an Electronic Health Record.
• Ability to type/word process at a minimum of 40 wpm.
• Successful completion of job-related skills test.
• Successful completion of agency required background checks.

Requirements

• Full-time position.
• Pay Range: $15.00--$21.00.
