Role Description

This role involves supporting an innovative program to persuade voters in New Jersey's competitive Gubernatorial primary.

Collaborate well in fast-paced campaign environments

Be passionate about developing and guiding data-driven strategic plans and programs to win critical elections
Be committed to culturally-competent organizing and have experience working within diverse American communities
Be eager about developing new systems and tackling hard-to-solve challenges to maximize impact

Qualifications

Experience building dashboards for field staff and high-level stakeholders
Experience administering VAN, training, and supporting other users
Moderate to advanced SQL skills
Advanced spreadsheet skills
Embraces spirit of collaboration / team player
Self-direction — ability to build efficient workflows and independently problem solve

Requirements

Experience with relational organizing tools, such as Empower (preferred)
Experience with Google BigQuery and database warehouse administration (preferred)
Experience with Google DataStudio (preferred)

Core Responsibilities

Update the CRM daily with imports from outreach, HR, and other campaign tools, integrating multiple data sources cleanly and resolving duplicates
Collaborate with the Operations and Organizing teams to ensure accurate and timely pay of program participants
Maintain clean tagging system and tiered call universes for organizers
Create a staff-facing dashboard in Google Data Studio that accurately reflects progress to goal and updates multiple times daily
Create a leadership-facing dashboard that tracks overall program progress
Assist where needed in recruitment targeting, event tracking, and other technical campaign needs
