Role Description

• Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in the company's order management system
• Review customer emails, interpret order requirements, and enter details into the company's order management system
• Review order details to ensure quantities, sizes, colors, artwork, and delivery dates are complete and accurate
• Update production schedules and job statuses as orders progress
• Maintain customer, product, and inventory records
• Verify purchase orders, invoices, and shipping information for accuracy
• Organize and maintain digital files, customer records, and production documentation
• Coordinate with the sales, design, and production teams to resolve missing or incorrect order information
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of company and customer information
• Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors
• Develop mock-ups and proofs for client approval
