Role Description

In this role, you will be an integral part of a high-impact project focused on transforming complex data into actionable business insights. You will join a collaborative, fast-paced team dedicated to empowering data-driven decision-making. The project involves:

• Designing intuitive, interactive dashboards in Power BI.
• Building robust data models using advanced DAX.
• Orchestrating seamless data transformations using SQL and Power Query.

As a Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between raw data from multiple sources and strategic business intelligence, crafting visualizations that drive real business impact.

Qualifications

• Strong, proven expertise in Power BI, encompassing end-to-end dashboard design and optimization.
• Deep understanding of data modeling principles and advanced proficiency in DAX.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with data transformation techniques using Power Query / ETL.
• Strong overall data analysis and visualization skills, with a keen eye for UX in reporting.
• Solid understanding of data governance, security models, and proven experience working in Agile environments.
• A truly collaborative team player mindset with an appetite for solving complex data challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for daily technical collaboration and documentation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience working with Snowflake.
• Familiarity with integrating data from Salesforce and understanding Jira data structures.
• Exposure to Python or R for statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or advanced data manipulation.
• Experience with other Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Qlik.
• Ability to build and deploy custom Power BI visuals using TypeScript or R.

Time Zone & Collaboration

This role is 100% remote from LATAM and requires consistent overlap with teams (CT). Flexibility is expected to accommodate key ceremonies, stand-ups, and collaborative sessions within standard Austin business hours.
