[Hiring] Data Analyst @Poland and Middle-Eastern Europe

Role Description

You will be:

• Analyzing large datasets related to customer behavior, digital marketing campaigns, and business performance.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining analytical datasets using SQL and PySpark.
• Preparing and transforming data from multiple sources for reporting and advanced analytics purposes.
• Collaborating closely with marketing analysts, business stakeholders, and data teams.
• Supporting campaign measurement, customer segmentation, funnel analysis, retention, churn, and ROI calculations.
• Ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability across analytical outputs.
• Investigating data issues and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Contributing to optimizing data models and data processing workflows.
• Supporting ad hoc analytical requests from business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or in a similar data-focused role.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with PySpark.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience translating business questions into data-driven insights.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Requirements

• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital marketing analytics.
• Experience analyzing customer acquisition, customer retention, campaign performance, funnel conversion, customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Experience with Databricks.
• Experience with Delta Lake or modern lakehouse architectures.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Experience working in agile teams.
