Role Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the construction industry and demonstrate hands-on experience with Work in Progress (WIP) reporting, including Field and/or Service operations.

• Strong understanding of cost codes and their application in project tracking and financial reporting.
• Proven experience building Power BI reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of the backend of Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, data sources, DAX, Power Query, and reporting automation.
• Experience developing KPI reporting for finance and operational teams.
• Experience integrating data from ERP systems, enterprise applications, and other business platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and executive leadership.
• Experience ensuring data accuracy, governance, and reporting consistency.
• Must be able to work Central Time Zone hours.
• Remote position.
