Role Description

The Data Analyst plays a critical role in enabling data-driven optimization of paid media and CRM investments. This role focuses on delivering rigorous measurement, supporting test designs, and providing actionable insights that inform marketing performance, incrementality, and high-level investment decisions.

• Provide day-to-day measurement support for Paid Media and Email Labs, partnering with brand leads to design tests and validate methodologies.
• Support LiftLab Media Mix Modeling (MMM) by ensuring data integrity and providing reporting to optimize over $100MM in annual media spend.
• Analyze customer, channel, and overall marketing mix programs to evaluate impacts on customer file health and other key performance indicators.
• Act as a central point of contact for Paid Media, CRM, and Transformation Lab teams to translate data results into clear business implications.
• Deliver rigorous measurement and reporting that directly informs the incremental impact of marketing activities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst preferably in marketing and retail.
• Strong ability to measure incremental impact and design valid testing methodologies.
• Proven experience in data validation and ensuring accuracy within complex modeling systems.
• Proficiency in translating technical data into actionable insights for diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor within a multi-faceted team environment.
• Bachelor Degree required with 3 years of experience; an additional 4 years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Requirements

• Experience with LiftLab or similar Media Mix Modeling (MMM) platforms.
• Deep understanding of paid media channels, CRM strategies, and customer file health metrics.
• Experience interfacing with and managing data workflows with external agency partners.
