Role Description
This role involves using storytelling to present data in a clear and engaging manner, making it accessible and meaningful to audiences with varying degrees of technical expertise.
- Provide high-quality data visualizations to support essential aspects of the Media Network, presented through automated dashboards and ad-hoc reports.
- Support weekly, campaign reporting requests to drive deep and robust post-campaign insights.
- Flex into advanced analytics such as incrementality testing, cohort analysis, and closed-loop measurement.
- Partner with key stakeholders, notably Sales & Account Managers, to identify problems and collaboratively propose solutions.
- Work together with fellow analysts to review code and share knowledge, fostering ongoing growth and learning to enhance the team's overall impact.
- Balance competing priorities to focus on the most impactful work, while navigating ambiguity to deliver value.
Qualifications
- Strong storytelling skills and a passion for data visualization.
- 2-5 years of experience analyzing complex media data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations.
- 2-5 years of experience developing and deploying production-level SQL queries.
- 2-5 years of experience with advanced BI visualization (Looker or Tableau preferred).
- Ability to think strategically, seek to expand understanding of business domain, processes, data sources, and relevant key metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related quantitative analytics discipline is preferred.
- Direct experience working with the business in marketing & the retail industry is strongly preferred.
