Role Description
This role involves extracting, analyzing, and interpreting the results of direct marketing campaigns.
- Support sales teams in France or Italy to understand client issues and challenges, and present findings to guide marketing strategies and commercial decisions.
- Propose and implement optimizations/automations for current statistical processes.
- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions with the Data Science team and other Analytics teams to discuss methodological monitoring of measurements.
- Conduct statistical research projects (e.g., segmentations, AI/ML algorithms, etc.).
Qualifications
- Strong command of SQL (Joins, Aggregations, Conditions, Modifications, etc.).
- Proficient in Python, with experience in cloud environments a plus (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
- Good command of English.
- Object-oriented programming knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques applied to direct marketing: sampling, control group setup, result analysis, segmentation and scoring techniques.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms to various stakeholders (sales teams, marketing teams, clients, etc.).
Requirements
- Location: Boulogne-Billancourt (Marcel Sembat)
- Contract: Permanent (CDI)
- Remote work: 3 days a week possible
