Role Description
We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our digital product and subscriptions team, supporting our digital growth through rigorous analysis and data-led insights.
- Analyse large and complex data sets to support digital performance
- Track key performance indicators and produce clear, insightful reports
- Identify trends and carry out deep-dive investigations
- Assess subscriber churn and identify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness, including A/B testing where appropriate
- Support customer journey mapping and optimisation efforts
- Deliver insights to improve newsletter and app engagement
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting and dashboards
- Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests across the business
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within eCommerce, media, or subscription-based industries
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and SQL
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Solid understanding of databases and data structures
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and Python is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Analytics is advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
- A proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented approach
