Role Description
Are you passionate about leveraging advanced analytics to drive organizational transformation? In today's data-driven landscape, we're seeking a Data Analyst who can extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, enabling data-driven decision-making in the healthcare industry.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics and business needs
- Utilize SQL and Python to clean, process, and model data
- Work with healthcare datasets to provide industry-specific insights
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Stay updated on the latest data analysis tools and best practices
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis (flexible for exceptional candidates)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Experience with Databricks is beneficial
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights through compelling storytelling
- Strong business acumen and data visualization skills
