Role Description
As a Customer Data Analyst, you will work with customers to help them better understand the unique digital engagement data that our platform generates that informs our ability to create engaging products and features that improve the health outcomes of our users. In this role, you will use in-depth analysis and governance of business intelligence, to depict the value of the League platform to enable and drive improvements to the customer experience and engagement that lead to improved patient health outcomes.
- Surface key performance indicators with visual analytics platforms like Looker and Amplitude
- Work closely with other data analysts, engineers, and scientists on the team to support the data models underlying the visual analysis dashboards/tools
- Support League’s customers in using our data to unlock insights on their end users
- Manage data dictionaries and conduct deep dive and Q&A sessions
- Provide insights through analysis to help inform decisions in all parts of the business, including Product Management, Marketing, and Health Care
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all things related to Reporting
- Develop analytics strategies and frameworks to monitor and analyze product performance and business KPIs
- Work with data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists on data requirements and reporting
- Regularly conduct data quality audits and analysis to ensure the accuracy of data & reports sent to customers
Qualifications
- Strong SQL skills, comfortable working with Python
- Experience working with data pipeline orchestration such as Airflow or Dataflow
- Experience working with data engineering stack on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- At least two years of experience working as a data engineer, analytics engineer, data analyst, or data scientist
- Undergraduate or Masters degree in business administration, statistics, computer science, or similarly quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience
