Role Description

• Conduct deep-dive KPI investigations (churn, LTV, retention), recommending smarter budget allocation via SQL and advanced analytics.
• Lead and mentor 3-5 Brand Analysts, developing them from reporters into strategic P&L owners.
• Maintain holistic oversight of Acquisition, CRM, and Fraud/Risk ecosystem impacts.
• Bridge Business and Data Science teams, guiding ML features for churn/LTV/propensity models.
• Standardize analytical best practices for consistent, high-level strategic output.
• Act as brand health gatekeeper, ensuring balanced growth across all KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social gaming/iGaming analytics or commercial roles with P&L responsibility.
• Team management experience building strategic thinkers and fostering continuous learning.
• SQL proficiency; experience with CRM platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot), ML applications, and data privacy (GDPR).
• Business owner mentality focused on optimization, efficiency, and taking ownership.
• Investigative mindset — you dig deeper into data until hidden truths are uncovered.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements for predictive modeling.
