[Hiring] Consultant - Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Assistant/Analyst @Q2Impact

Role Description

The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Analyst supports Q2IMPACT on an infrastructure evaluation. They will support:

• Data collection
• Analysis
• Reporting
• Coordinating stakeholder engagement
• Recruitment and collaboration

The position collaborates closely with the evaluation team to contribute to evaluation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, statistics, research methods, public policy, international relations, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, data management, or a related area.
• Basic knowledge of MEL principles.
• Experience with data collection including Key Informant Interview.
• Experience with qualitative analysis approaches and report writing.
• Familiarity with data collection and analysis methods.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• Exposure to foreign assistance projects or related fields.
• Ability to present data visually using charts or dashboards.
• Knowledge of USG (Department of State, Development Finance Corporation, Department of Defense) M&E reporting requirements.
