[Hiring] Client Success Data Engineer @Revelio Labs

Role Description

Revelio Labs is looking for a Client Success Data Engineer who will excel at helping our clients get the most out of our products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams and will build creative solutions that generalize across multiple use cases. In this role, you will:

• Partner closely with the Client Success team to address clients' concerns and requests.
• Ensure clients' needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with the data flow and dashboard teams to maintain and enhance our suite of products.
• Ensure optimal performance and an exceptional user experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time work experience in a data engineering or data science capacity, ideally in a customer-facing role (e.g. as a technical consultant).
• AWS/Cloud Computing.
• SQL.
• Python.
• Bash.
• Strong debugging and communication skills.
• Strong data sense and an ability to streamline workflows across teams.

Requirements

• Location: Our offices are based in New York City, but the position can be done remotely.
• Salary: The pay range for this position in New York City is $100,000 - $180,000 per year.
• The salary range for performing this role outside of New York City may differ.
• Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
• You may be eligible to participate in our company’s equity program, plus benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other.
• The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles.
• If the hired candidate has different experience than this job description as posted, the updated salary range will be communicated.
