• Analyze, plan, design, document and make recommendations to improve business processes to support client’s technological aspirations.
• Be a supportive bridge between clients, project managers and technical personnel to define, track and communicate business requirements and their expected impact by building basic conceptual data and process models.
• Create, execute or analyze basic test scenarios to verify that client requirements are built into system design.
• Ensure that “intent of change” is carried out through every project phase by participating in technical reviews and inspections.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of Business Analyst experience within the Healthcare Industry; Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in business process improvement and re-engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including quantitative analysis and data driven decision making.
• Knowledge of programming concepts, including configuration, development, and batch processing.
• Hands-on Claims and Encounter Processing experience across multiple Claim Types, with the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Remote within the US with occasional travel may be required (0-10%).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required.
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

• The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
