Role Description
As a Biz Ops & Analytics Manager, you will act as the analytical backbone of our business, creating and maintaining the data-driven infrastructure that enables fast, strategic decision-making at scale. Your work will directly influence how we optimize operations, allocate resources, and grow efficiently. This is a high-visibility role for a rising star who thrives on solving complex business challenges with precision and insight.
- Drive Operational Excellence – Design, build, and refine sophisticated workforce management, scheduling, and demand forecasting models to enhance efficiency and scale operations effectively.
- Deliver High-Impact Analytics – Conduct deep-dive analyses that unlock insights into business performance, uncover opportunities, and inform leadership decision-making.
- Optimize Performance & Growth – Establish and refine the KPIs, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure that drive strategic execution, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Leadership – Work cross-functionally with executives and teams in operations, finance, and strategy to ensure that every decision is backed by data and insight.
- Stay Embedded in the Business – Regularly engage with frontline teams to understand operational realities, iterate on models, and drive execution at the highest level.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, and/or a high-growth business operations role.
- Exceptional analytical skills – Deep experience with complex modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Ops-mindset – You are an operator with a bias for action. You are excited to get your hands dirty and have demonstrated measurable results.
- Technical fluency – Proficiency in Excel, SQL, LLMs, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). You love data.
- Elite problem-solving ability and curiosity – A structured thinker; ability to break down ambiguity into concrete insights, and the burning desire to ask why. You are intellectually curious, not afraid to ask questions and have a desire to go deep on various parts of the business.
- Executive-ready communication – Ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling insights for senior stakeholders.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; MBA a plus.
- Culture-Builder – You are low-ego and high-empathy; you consistently work well with a wide range of people and build trust quickly.
