[Hiring] Business Intelligence Lead @United Response

Role Description

The Business Intelligence Lead will use Power BI and other BI tools to turn data into clear, meaningful insights that support decision-making across United Response. Working with teams across the organisation and a third-party data partner, you'll develop and maintain Power BI reports, improve data quality and consistency, and help create structured datasets for self-service reporting. This is a hands-on technical role focused on:

• Power BI
• Reporting
• Data analysis
• Improving data literacy

Helping colleagues make better use of data to drive organisational performance.

Qualifications

• Power BI Data Analyst certification or equivalent experience
• Degree or equivalent experience in Data, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field
• Knowledge of data visualisation, dashboard design and data storytelling
• Understanding of data governance and data management
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential where strong practical experience and a proven track record can be demonstrated
