[Hiring] Business Intelligence Analyst @Timeless Medical Systems

Role Description

The Business Intelligence Analyst, GTM is a commercially astute analyst responsible for conducting rigorous market research, financial modeling, and go-to-market performance analytics. This role evaluates capital deployment and long-term growth opportunities by building models for Return on Investment (ROI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and gross profit margins on product launches, pricing strategies, and expansion into new territories. The GTM Analyst bridges commercial strategy with clinical value, helping formulate measurement plans for pilot sites and evaluating the overall effectiveness of new product launches.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in financial analysis, market research, or business intelligence focused on go-to-market strategies (Healthcare IT, Software, or SaaS experience preferred).
• Demonstrated experience building financial models (IRR, ROI, P&L projections) for capital deployment and product investments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related quantitative field required.
• Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics, margins, and investment evaluation models.
• Proven ability to identify and acquire external data sources and translate raw market research into actionable business plans.
• Ability to grasp clinical workflows and articulate how product capabilities translate into commercial and health system value.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting financial analysis and market insights to leadership and external customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Strategic Partnerships.
• High proficiency in Excel/financial modeling tools, BI software, and data analysis software.
• Self-starter mindset with strong organizational, project, and timeline management capabilities.

Requirements

• Build, maintain, and analyze quantitative models to evaluate ROI, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), pricing strategies, discounting impacts, and gross profit margins for new products, feature iterations, and regional market expansions.
• Conduct market analysis and due diligence for new initiatives. Identify, source, and procure market data when required.
• Partner with teams to formulate clear, evidence-based success criteria, KPI frameworks, and measurement plans for product pilots and proof-of-concept (POC) deployments.
• Track, evaluate, and report on the commercial effectiveness, customer adoption, and revenue returns of new product launches and territory expansions.
• Develop a deep understanding of the application, clinical workflow, and commercial value proposition of upcoming R&D and product initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with the Strategic Partnerships Manager, Director of Marketing, Product Managers, Business Development and Sales teams to align financial models with commercial strategies.
• Directly engage with customer stakeholders, pilot sites, and industry partners as needed to gather market feedback, validate assumptions, and refine GTM models.
