[Hiring] Business Data Coordinator @Steer Automotive Group

Role Description

We’re looking for a Business Data Coordinator to play a key role in our transformation journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on turning data into insight and wants to work at the heart of a fast-moving, forward-thinking organisation. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and our data team to bring clarity to performance across the Group—helping drive smarter, data-led decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Producing meaningful, insightful reports that support business decision-making
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the Group to gather and standardise key data
• Enhancing access to performance scorecards, telephony data, and operational insights
• Working with our in-house Qube PowerBI reporting tools
• Supporting ongoing investment in our data infrastructure and transformation programme
• Acting as a go-to expert for ad-hoc reporting, supporting operational teams and leadership
• Providing administrative and coordination support to the wider data team

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel expertise, including complex formulas and PowerQuery
• Proven ability to combine data from multiple sources into clear, user-friendly reports
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and gather consistent data
• Experience identifying data quality issues and driving improvements through cleansing and standardisation

Requirements

• Experience with VBA/macros
• Knowledge of DAX, Power BI, and Power Query
• Familiarity with Power Automate for data workflows and reporting automation
