Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst (BA) to bridge the gap between business needs and both technology and non-technology solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical/non-technical teams to:

• Gather requirements
• Analyze business processes
• Evaluate alternative solutions
• Exercise independent judgement in assessing business impacts and risks
• Develop recommendations that influence operational priorities, process design, and technology solutions

This role is critical in ensuring that business objectives are clearly defined, documented, and translated into functional and technical requirements that enable successful project and product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, product development, or process improvement
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering techniques and process modeling tools
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must be amenable to work on graveyard shift

Requirements

• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or other BA certification (preferred)
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) (preferred)
• Exposure to data analysis, SQL, or BI/reporting tools (preferred)
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement (preferred)
• Industry-specific knowledge (ecommerce, promotional products, or relevant domain) (preferred)
