Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Consultant specializing in Business Transformation to support one of our clients. The role focuses on financial modeling, KPI definition, and transformation business case development. This is a part-time role (3-5 days per week), with up to 100% remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and business case development
- Proficiency in defining and structuring KPIs for business performance measurement
- Experience in developing transformation strategies and tracking performance measures
- Industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, or production (non-banking/insurance)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to align financial and business strategies
- Fluent in German (mandatory)
Requirements
- Enhance and further develop the Target System & Sizing financial model
- Analyze and adjust key financial assumptions and parameters
- Ensure consistency and validity of financial modeling, coordinating with stakeholders across various business units
- Define and structure KPIs across segments, regions, and business areas
- Develop a performance measurement logic to track and analyze transformation impact
- Ensure KPIs are traceable and consistent across all business units
- Design and implement a tracking tool for transformation measures
- Provide consultation on analysis and strategic control measures
- Develop and validate a business case for the transformation, modeling costs, benefits, and economic efficiency
