[Hiring] Business Analyst @Georgia IT

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Majesco modules to support insurance domain projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements, drive configuration strategies, and deliver high-quality functional solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, domain expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, and the ability to collaborate effectively within Agile environments.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define configuration requirements
• Develop and implement overall configuration approaches aligned with client needs
• Produce detailed requirement documents and functional design specifications using Agile methodologies
• Conduct gap analysis to identify and address business and system requirements
• Create and review functional requirement documents, process flows, and diagrams
• Configure products and business rules to address business challenges
• Support product management by providing insights into customer configuration needs
• Review end-to-end test strategies and validate test cases for business scenarios
• Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Provide training to end users on implemented business functionalities
• Take ownership of business deliverables across the project lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and resolve issues proactively
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Scrum team, clarifying domain-related queries

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Majesco modules
• Strong expertise in Business Analysis methodologies and Agile frameworks
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Domain knowledge in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
• Experience working across regions such as India, Asia Pacific, North America, or the UK is preferred
• Willingness to travel as required for stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering
