Role Description

We are seeking a skilled offshore Business Analyst with strong experience in the travel domain to support ongoing business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions. This role requires close collaboration with teams in the U.S., so candidates must be comfortable working overlapping hours and starting early to support business needs.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications
• Participate in requirement discussions, solution reviews, and project coordination
• Support process improvements and business analysis activities within the travel domain
• Facilitate communication between offshore and onsite teams

Qualifications

• Mid to senior-level experience as a Business Analyst
• Prior experience in the travel industry/domain is required
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile or fast-paced project environments
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional global teams

Requirements

• Must be available until 11:00 AM PST / 12:00 PM PT
• Candidates should be comfortable starting early IST hours to support overlap with U.S. teams
