[Hiring] Business Analyst @Safeguard Global

Role Description

As a Business Support Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy of GEO data within systems and internal Financial Tools. You will also support the management of GEO tickets and escalations.

• Assist in creation and maintenance of client accounts such as Debtor codes, Creditor/Supplier codes, and Contract codes, ensuring all details are mapped with these codes.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to push for automation and process efficiency in all areas.
• Help develop reports and analysis to drive GEO Onboarding decision-making regarding financial profitability, go-live estimations, and reduction of churn.
• Conduct data cleaning to eliminate old, unused, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.
• Liaise with customers or other departments to manage data queries.
• Ensure master data integrity in key systems and maintain processes to support data quality.
• Work collaboratively with departments such as Finance, Operations, and Sales.
• Manage operational escalations via tracking and reporting to ensure timely completion.
• Create and track business reporting to support company goals/metrics.
• Responsible for Ticket Management/Gatekeeping (assigning tickets to proper queue, identifying trends that can be automated, meeting SLAs).
• Perform other tasks associated with supporting the business.
• Provide reporting on Global Unity approver setup per client/worker as needed.
• Set up new internal users and manage GEO-specific roles within the system.
• Create new legal entities as required (if new local markets are established or new ICE partners are engaged).

Qualifications

• General knowledge of GEO business; experience with HR, payroll processing controls, or compliance standards.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet targets while maintaining flexibility as priorities may change.
• Ability to convey complex ideas/changes in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment subject to strict deadlines.
• Ability to communicate with multi-level audiences, from end users to Senior Management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Cooperative and professional attitude.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of payroll, HR, or BPO experience.
• Experience in a multi-national shared service environment preferred.
• Experience in SOC1 compliance desirable but not essential.
