Role Description

We at Stalwart Innovations Pvt Ltd are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our remote team and play a key role in understanding and documenting business needs for our global client's projects.

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis.
Translate business needs into clear and concise functional and non-functional requirements.
Create and maintain various business analysis artifacts, including user stories, use cases, process flows, data models, and business requirements documents (BRDs).
Develop a deep understanding of the client's business processes, systems, and data.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and obtain feedback.
Identify and analyze business problems and propose potential solutions.
Assist in the prioritization of requirements and backlog management.
Support the development team during the implementation phase by clarifying requirements and addressing queries.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the delivered solution meets the business requirements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Qualifications

15 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
Proven ability to effectively elicit and document business requirements using various techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex business data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
Familiarity with UML diagrams (e.g., use case diagrams, activity diagrams) and process modeling techniques.
Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at different levels.
Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and workshops.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Requirements

Experience working on projects for global clients.
Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., IIBA CBAP, CCBA).
Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
