Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a key role in developing and maintaining key analyses and supporting and driving strategic, cross-functional projects within the organization.
- Develop and maintain complex Excel models and reports.
- Identify data anomalies and assist in data clean up.
- Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to support decision-making processes.
- Support new acquisition integration workstreams for our Power BI Dashboards (onboarding, training, data integration).
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring that projects stay on track, within scope, and meet deadlines.
- Provide regular updates to the Chief of Staff and other senior leadership regarding project status and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
- Experience utilizing and reviewing Power BI Dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and project management support.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
