Role Description

Take an important role in facilitating our product management and make an impact in a fast-growing financial company.

Join a highly motivated team dedicated to delivering customer-focused products
Take responsibility for conducting in-depth research and providing valuable insights for product decision making
Investigate complex taxation subjects, identify business implications and formulate recommendations for further action
Design tests, uncover edge cases and conduct rigorous testing to resolve findings
Analyse, evaluate and monitor relevant policy changes and identify the need for action
Foster cross-functional collaboration by connecting business requirements with technical considerations
Work closely with the Product Manager and Financial Engineering team, ensuring the highest quality in a rapidly changing environment

Qualifications

A fundamental understanding of the inner workings of a financial services institution
A natural curiosity that drives you to explore complex topics with multiple interdependencies and stakeholders
Ability to analyse, extract and interpret relevant information from legal and regulatory texts
Very good (C2) written and spoken knowledge of German and English
Willingness to work with Python-based solutions
