Role Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of AXIOM regulatory reporting solutions
• Analyze and optimize data flows, transformations, and reporting processes
• Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and quality validation activities
• Support regulatory report generation and exception management processes
• Participate in business process modeling and documentation efforts
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and technology teams
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting standards
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and data quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) are considered an asset
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools
• Deep knowledge of the business lifecycle for Capital Markets products
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian regulatory reports, including DLO, DLI, CADOCs (4010, 4060, 4510 and others), SCR3040, DRL, and DRM
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and reporting standards, including Basel III/IV, BCBS 239, COREP & FINREP, LCR & NSFR, CCAR, Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MiFID II, and ESG Reporting
• Hands-on experience with ControllerView, data models and metadata management, rules development, data mapping and transformation, workflow configuration, data lineage, data quality controls, reconciliation processes, regulatory report generation, and exception management
• Strong understanding of data management concepts, including SQL fundamentals, database design, ETL processes, data quality management, and data reconciliation

Requirements

• Previous experience with AXIOMSL solutions (nice to have)
• Previous experience supporting Capital Markets platforms and regulatory initiatives (nice to have)
• CBAP or similar Business Analysis certifications (nice to have)
• Experience within highly regulated banking environments (nice to have)
• Knowledge of enterprise data governance practices (nice to have)
• Advanced English Proficiency
• Intermediate Spanish is considered a plus
