[Hiring] Associate - Epsilon & LiveRamp Data Platforms @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

Our client is seeking an Associate with strong working knowledge of both Epsilon and LiveRamp data platforms to help organizations evaluate, design, and optimize their customer data and audience strategies. This is a highly client-facing role that bridges business objectives with data platform capabilities.

• Develop deep expertise in Epsilon and LiveRamp platforms - covering data availability, audience segmentation, identity resolution, first-party data onboarding, activation, measurement, and integrations
• Conduct platform comparisons and fit-gap analyses to recommend the right solution for each client context
• Engage with client stakeholders through workshops, discovery sessions, and solution assessments
• Translate business and marketing requirements into data platform recommendations
• Collaborate with technical teams on data flows, APIs, data feeds, and downstream activation
• Identify opportunities where Epsilon and LiveRamp complement each other
• Support proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives to validate recommendations
• Present findings to both business and technology stakeholders
• Stay current on platform changes and the broader AdTech and customer data ecosystem

Qualifications

• Hands-on or strong functional knowledge of both Epsilon and LiveRamp
• Understanding of customer data, identity resolution, audience management, and data activation
• Experience with first-party, second-party, and third-party data concepts
• Ability to perform platform comparisons and fit-gap analyses
• Working knowledge of SQL and core data concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate across business, marketing, data, and technology teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or customer data strategy consulting
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of API integrations and data feed architectures
