Role Description
Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer/einem Freelancer*in für unseren WhatsApp Live Chat/Support.
- Freundliche Begrüßung der Kunden, um eine positive Atmosphäre zu schaffen.
- Ermitteln, welches Problem oder Anliegen der Kunde hat.
- Präzise und gezielte Fragen stellen, um Informationen schnell zu sammeln und effizient zu arbeiten.
- Lösungen oder Informationen zu Produkten/Dienstleistungen anbieten.
- Wenn nötig, komplexe oder spezielle Anfragen an andere Abteilungen oder Kollegen weiterleiten.
- Eine schnelle und präzise Beantwortung sorgt für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit.
Qualifications
- Deutsch als Muttersprache
- PC Kenntnisse (Basis)
- vollausgestattetes Home-Office Büro (Tisch, Stuhl, Internet, Laptop oder PC, Headset mit Noise-Cancelling)
- Motivation und Leistungsbereitschaft
- leistungsstarke Internetverbindung
