Role Description
This role involves managing hotel reservations and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
- Handle hotel reservations and bookings for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to their preferences.
- Coordinate with hotels to confirm availability, rates, and special requests.
- Provide recommendations and advice on accommodations based on client needs and budget.
- Respond to inquiries and assist clients with hotel-related queries promptly and professionally.
- Resolve issues related to reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of reservations and client interactions using our CRM system.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all travel arrangements align with client itineraries.
- Verify the accuracy of reservation details and ensure all client preferences are met.
- Monitor booking confirmations and follow up to ensure seamless execution of hotel stays.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar customer service role or within the travel industry.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in using booking platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-first mindset.
