Role Description

Join Globe Life AO as a Customer Service Representative specializing in insurance sales. In this role, you will provide personalized service to clients, educate them on insurance options, and help them secure financial protection for their families.

Connect with clients and assess their insurance needs
Educate customers on life and supplemental insurance products
Maintain strong relationships and provide ongoing support
Work independently while being part of a supportive team

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (licensing fees may apply)
No prior experience required—training provided!
